Clive arrived after a mad dash from Gosport in the nick of time, but JK didn't quite make it after a mad dash, or two, to the w.c.!
The lions got off to a flier while the hawks admired the stunning scenery. Despite good work in the field, inc some nifty footwork by POD, the lions posted a challenging score of 165.
The hawks reply was spearheaded by a brutal not out...by the foreigner and youth contingent but was ultimately a couple of handfuls of runs short...still, nice lads, lovely scorer and a welcoming pub; with not a hot curry in sight!
